Postage

Our 'free' postage includes delivery anywhere in Mainland UK. 

We also deliver to Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland, as well as internationally. 

We offer extremely competitive prices - sometimes just a few pounds! 

Please contact us for details before placing your order if you live in any 'premium' areas.

Delivery

We use both couriers and private drivers for delivery The private driver service is only available on selected items. It does help if you can supply us with your contact number for the driver.

For larger, heavier and far more substantial items we use a pallet courier as they can ensure a much safer journey in transit.

Insurance, damages and collections

Both couriers we use fully cover against any damages in transit - we package our items so well, damages are very rare!

Please open your packages very carefully. We advise you do not demolish any packaging in the process.
Please only discard of the packaging once you are completely happy with the item.
Returns and collections can only go ahead if the item is securely packaged in the original box and packing. Without this, damages cannot be claimed for and returns cannot be accepted.

Feedback

We take great pride in our family business and really love the feedback we receive. 

If there are any problems with your order then we would like a chance to resolve the situation before you leave us feedback and ratings. Poor feedback and ratings can be very damaging to us.
